A family owned and operated ranch, The Chaparral Ranch was founded in 1961 by Joe and Nancy Brosig.  The ranch is currently ran by Leah Brosig and her husband Don Moore,
Most visits will begin with a friendly greeting from the registered family boxers.  Deer, Turkey, Quail, and Dove are plentiful on the ranch.  Crossbreed cattle, registered Nubian goats, and Cochin bantam chickens mingle near the house and barn complex.
Don and Leah have enjoyed their years of involvement with Texas 4-H, County Stockshows, and the San Antonio Livestock Exhibition.
The Chaparral Ranch strives to provide a unique experience for all visitors.
